Terms & Conditions | Villa Palace Al NeraBy booking your stay at Villa Palace Al Nera, managed by Biogen d.o.o. (Planikovica VII No. 21, Okrug Gornji, Croatia, VAT ID: HR78626739724), you as our valued guest agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms are established to ensure a premium service standard and operational clarity.

1. Booking & Payment

• Confirmation: A booking is considered confirmed only upon receipt of the deposit or full payment, depending on the selected rate.
• Payment Methods: We accept major credit cards and bank transfers via our secure online payment system.
• Final Payment: The remaining balance must be settled according to the schedule specified during the booking process.

2. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Standard Rate: Free cancellation is available up to 60 days before arrival.
• Non-Refundable Rate: Includes a 15% discount; however, no refunds are provided in the event of cancellation.
• All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email.

3. Check-in & Check-out

• Check-in: From 3:00 PM (15:00).
• Check-out: By 9:00 AM (09:00).
• Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and prior approval.

4. House Rules & Guest Responsibility

• Property Integrity: Guests are expected to treat the villa and its amenities with care. Any damages or excessive untidiness caused during the stay are the responsibility of the Guest and will be charged accordingly.
• Maximum Occupancy: The villa accommodates a maximum of 16 guests (including children over the age of 2). The number of guests must not exceed the capacity stated in the booking confirmation.
• Smoking: Villa Palace Al Nera is a non-smoking property (permitted only in designated outdoor terrace areas).

5. Disclaimer & Liability
In accordance with the Croatian Electronic Commerce Act, we guarantee secure online transactions. The owner is not liable for personal injuries or loss of personal property during your stay. We strongly recommend obtaining comprehensive travel insurance.

6. Privacy & Data Protection
Your personal data is handled with the highest level of confidentiality in accordance with GDPR and the official E-commerce guidelines of the Ministry of Economy.
