Underwater Museum near Trogir 

Discover the Underwater Museum near Trogir, a unique attraction where art meets the Adriatic. While not the first museum of its kind in the world, it is the first underwater museum featuring 50 life-sized sculptures depicting 14 Stations of the Cross, submerged just off the coast a few kilometers west of Trogir.

Founded in 2017, the museum quickly became a favorite among divers. Each sculpture is crafted from ferrocement, a semi-dry reinforced concrete technique that ensures durability in extreme marine conditions. Created by Valentino Val, a master potter from Petrinja with centuries of artistic tradition, every sculpture is unique, adding a deeply personal touch to this immersive experience.

The museum is accessible to all skill levels, including beginners. Most sculptures rest at shallow depths of 4–5 meters, while the statue of Jesus Christ, towering at 8 meters, sits at a depth of 12 meters.
